Printed photos are available for purchase on the night of your show before 7pm, after 7pm only Digital Downloads are available. Printed photos will be delivered to your table in a souvenir folder and a digital download link will be emailed to you.
Digital Download Link Expired?
Digital download links are only good for 7 days from purchase. If your digital download link expires before you are able to download your photo, please email victoria@ibphawaii.com and we will send you a new link. Photos are only stored for at least 14 days, so if you contact us later then there may be a waiting time as we will have to search our archives. But there is no guarantee your photo will be available.
